Artifacts

The artifacts pool is flat: artifacts.{table}. Upload a file, infer a schema, publish it. The published table sits next to connector data and you can join it from a Plot or an ad-hoc query.

Upload a file	`POST /api/artifacts/upload-artifact`
Infer its schema	`POST /api/artifacts/run-artifact-schema-inference`
Publish it as a table	`POST /api/artifacts/publish-artifact`

table is the slug you set at publish (catalogSlug / table name). Folders in the app are browse-only; they do not appear in SQL.
